A 50 minute Private Session offers you the full attention of an instructor and a customized workout built around your specific goals and needs. These sessions are highly recommended if you are new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or if you want to deepen your Pilates practice.

Duet Sessions

A 50 minute Duet Session is designed for two clients with one instructor. Similar to a private, this offers you a customized workout built around your specific goals and needs.

Equipment Classes

50 minute small group classes utilizing the various pieces of equipment.

The following are our standard offerings. Contact us for custom class options.

An equipment class (chair, reformer, tower) that will focus on learning the Pilates principles and foundational movements. It will incorporate the various pieces of Pilates equipment and is appropriate for the person new to Pilates or anyone looking to improve form and awareness while developing strength, flexibility, and stability.

This class will deepen your Pilates practice while incorporating the various pieces of Pilates equipment (chair, reformer, tower). This is a faster-paced class designed for someone who is familiar with the Pilates principles and foundational movements. A knowledge of the concepts taught in the Pilates Foundations class is required.

A slower paced equipment class (chair, reformer, tower) designed to teach the basic Pilates principles and movements. This is a great workout for the person recovering from an injury, coming out of physical therapy, pre- or post-natal, or anyone who feels they need just a little added attention in a group setting. Modifications will be customized to your individual needs.

This class is a fast-paced mix of low-impact jumping sequences on the reformer with traditional Pilates exercises. It employs the principles of plyometrics to train coordination, strengthen your core and burn calories with very little stress or impact on the joints. It is a great alternative to traditional cardio, and is recommended for anyone looking to strengthen their joints and muscles, build bone mass, or hoping to get a killer fat-burning workout! A knowledge of the concepts taught in the Pilates Foundations class is required.

A restorative equipment class incorporating all of your favorite reformer movements designed to stretch and release the entire body.  In this class you will move your spine, hips, and shoulders in all planes of motion to increase circulation and help prevent future injury.  This class will also incorporate fascial release techniques on the mat using small props like balls and foam rollers. This class is appropriate for all levels.

A fast-paced equipment class designed to strengthen the entire body with an emphasis on lower body and core. The class includes traditional Pilates exercises on the equipment (chair, reformer, tower) as well as standing Pilates work using the reformer footbar as the “barre.” A knowledge of the concepts taught in the Pilates Foundations class is required.

If you are new to Pilates or have never used Pilates equipment, it is highly recommended that you start with a New Client Introductory Private Session. 

Mat Classes

50 minute group classes

This class will challenge your core muscles and work on the foundational elements of pilates while strengthening and lengthening your whole body. This is a mind body class that focuses on improving posture, balance, and coordination while also increasing body awareness and concentration and decreasing stress. This is an all levels class, providing adaptations for you to work at a level appropriate for you.

A mindful mat class incorporating fascial releases and breathwork with movements designed to release tension and restore mobility. It will improve flexibility, ease pain, increase joint mobility, assist in injury prevention, enhance body awareness, and help relieve stress and tension from head to toe. Class will be held by candlelight in an effort to enhance the experience. Small props such as balls and foam rollers will be utilized in the class and previous Pilates experience is not required.
